Emadeb partners with major refineries and trading houses to source, import and distribute petroleum products. The Ijegun terminal - private jetty, laboratory, sixty million litres - is the physical counterpart of that desk.
Offtake & contracts
The group participates in crude and natural-gas-liquids offtake under joint-venture arrangements with NNPC, in direct sale of petroleum products and direct purchase of crude (DSDP), and in confirmed delivery contracts with IOCs including ExxonMobil and SNEPCO. In June-July 2023 Emadeb was the first downstream company to deliver a PMS cargo to Nigeria after subsidy removal.
