Adebowale is an innovative, doggedly result-oriented business administrator who served in the public sector of the Nigerian economy before founding a private-sector energy group. As Group CEO, his knowledge of oil and gas has been the backbone of Emadeb’s expansion from downstream milestones into upstream. The group’s success in the 2020 marginal-fields bid round was the product of corporate ethics, integrity, and relationships built over years. His leadership tenets - respect, sustainability, inclusion and growth - have forged Emadeb into a force across the principal sectors of the industry. He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos.

Olugbesoye Olujimi, Group Executive Director, holds a Bachelor's degree in English, an Executive MBA from London Business School, and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Pan-Atlantic University. At Emadeb, she is responsible for strengthening corporate values, fostering strategic partnerships, empowering teams, and driving sustainable business growth while creating lasting value for stakeholders.

Sheriff Adeeyo, Group Chief Operating Officer, oversees growth strategy, operational excellence, and business process optimization across the Group. He is a Certified International Trade Finance (CITF) Analyst and holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Benin, and a Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede. He has also undertaken executive leadership and professional development programmes, including Strategic Leadership at Lagos Business School.

Dr. Oluwasegun Ogunsanya, Managing Director - E&P, provides strategic leadership for Emadeb's upstream operations, focusing on business growth, operational excellence, and value creation. He holds a Petroleum Engineering certification from Texas Tech University and an Executive MBA from Rice University.

Olawale Ayeni, Chief Operating Officer - E&P, is a certified Petroleum Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) with professional engineering registrations in the United States and Canada. He holds degrees in Petroleum Engineering, including an MSc in Petroleum Engineering & Project Development, as well as an MBA from the University of Calgary. He is an active member of several professional engineering and project management bodies, including SPE, APEGA, TBPE, and PMI.

Uduak Ugbodagah, Group Head, Human Resources and Intergovernmental Relations, leads the Group's people strategy, talent management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Uduak holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Lagos Business School, and professional certifications including SPHRi and ACIPM. Uduak is committed to fostering a high-performance culture and strengthening strategic relationships that support business growth and sustainability.

Anthony Olasupo Olafare, Group Head of Finance, leads the Group's financial management, including budgeting, treasury, reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. He is an Associate Member of ICAN and CITN, holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University. He has also completed several professional development programmes in finance, accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Jeremiah Achonwa, Group Head of Legal, leads the Group's legal function and provides strategic legal advisory services across its operations. He holds a Master's Degree in Petroleum Law and Policy with Distinction from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006.
